Privacy Policy for JOKOR Invoices & Receipts
JOKOR Invoices & Receipts ("the app") is made by JOKOR in The Gambia. It lets shop owners with a JOKOR website open their invoice maker on iPhone, make invoices and receipts, and share them with their own customers. This policy explains what the app does with information.
The short version
- We do not collect personal data through the app.
- No ads, no analytics, no tracking.
- We do not sell or share your information with anyone.
- Your login details and your invoices stay on your iPhone.
What the app keeps on your iPhone
- Your shop's JOKOR name and Invoices password. Saved inside the app on your iPhone, so it can open your invoice maker without asking every time. We don't use them for anything else and never share them.
- The invoices and receipts you make, including any customer names, phone numbers, items and amounts you type. They are saved inside the app on your iPhone and used only to make the PDF or receipt you create. JOKOR does not receive a copy.
The app does not use your location, your contacts, an advertising identifier or any kind of usage tracking.
Sending an invoice or receipt
When you tap to share a document or send it on WhatsApp, your iPhone hands the file to the app you choose. What happens to it after that is covered by that app's own privacy policy.
Services your invoice page uses
Your invoice maker is part of your JOKOR website, which is hosted by Vercel. When it loads, it also downloads standard web fonts (Google Fonts) and a PDF tool (cdnjs, run by Cloudflare). As with any website, these providers see your device's IP address so they can deliver the files. We don't send them any of your personal or business information.
Information from Apple
If you have turned on "Share with App Developers" on your iPhone, Apple may share anonymous crash reports and usage statistics with us. You control this in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.
Keeping and deleting your data
Your information stays on your iPhone until you delete it. Deleting the app removes everything it saved. We don't hold copies, so there is nothing on our side to delete. If you have any questions, contact us below.
Security
All connections the app makes use HTTPS, so information is encrypted while it travels.
Children
JOKOR Invoices & Receipts is a tool for businesses. It is not directed to children under 13.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and post the new version at this same address.
